Recently our company withdrew a new flexible wall washer strip,unlike traditional wall wash lights, it is flexible and does not require a glass cover.
What kind of light strip is defined as a wall washer?

2.Materials: Choose materials that are suited for the design. Metal (such as aluminum or steel), glass, and plastic are all common materials.
3.Lamp housing: The lamp housing is the exterior shell that houses all of the components of the lamp. It is often constructed of metal or plastic. The enclosure is built to withstand heat and protect the lamp’s electrical components.
4.Electrical components: Install electrical components inside the light housing, such as LED modules or bulbs, drivers, and any necessary connections. LED modules are frequently utilized in wall washer lamps due to their energy efficiency and versatility in producing various lighting effects. The driver is in charge of converting incoming electrical current and managing power to the LED modules.
5.Optics: Optics are added to the lamp to achieve the proper light dispersion. Reflectors, lenses, and diffusers are examples of these. Reflectors are used to direct light, whilst lenses or diffusers aid to distribute light equally.
6.Wiring: Use proper wiring procedures to connect the electrical components. Connecting the LED modules, drivers, and any extra control components such as dimmers or sensors is part of this process.
7.Finishing touches: To improve the appearance of the lamp housing and prevent it from corrosion or wear, apply any desired finish or coating. Depending on the material, this could include painting, anodizing, or powder coating.
8.Quality control: Conduct extensive testing and quality control inspections to guarantee that the light satisfies all safety and performance criteria. This includes checking for potential faults or damage, testing the electrical components, and certifying the final light output.
9.Packaging: Once the wall washer light has passed quality control, it is packaged and ready for shipping, including any labels or instructions that may be required.
